Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to coaching services provided by Fertility with Yara, operated by Yara Safieddine, sole trader, London, UK. By booking a service you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. Scope of coaching

Coaching offers practical guidance, emotional support and lived-experience support. It is not medical, psychological, counselling, nutritional, legal or financial advice. I do not diagnose, interpret tests, prescribe, recommend or advise stopping medication, recommend medical add-ons or design treatment plans. No particular outcome, including pregnancy, is promised. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should always follow the advice of your clinic and medical team.

2. Our coaching agreement

Before your first paid session you'll receive a short written summary of what your service includes. Sessions take place by video, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (UK time). Message support is available only within the window included in your service, on those days, with replies within one working day.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Coaching page in pounds sterling and are payable in full when you book, through a secure payment provider. If you upgrade from an IVF Clarity Session to a programme within 14 days, the £120 is credited towards the programme.

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, the session may be counted as used, although I will always try to be flexible where treatment dates change at short notice or after a loss. If I need to reschedule, I'll offer you a new time as soon as possible.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from booking. If you cancel within it and no sessions have taken place, you'll receive a full refund. If you ask for a session to take place within those 14 days, you agree that you will pay for the sessions already delivered.
• After a programme has started, sessions already delivered and resources already provided are non-refundable; unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice before the next session.
• Sessions must be used within the programme period, unless we agree an extension (for example, if your treatment is paused).
• Free introductory calls can be cancelled at any time.

6. Confidentiality and its limits

Everything you share is confidential. I will not share it without your permission, except where the law requires it, or where I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. In that case I would, wherever possible, talk to you first. I may discuss anonymised situations, without anything that could identify you, with a coaching supervisor. 7. Crisis and emergency support

Coaching is not an emergency or crisis service, and messages are not monitored outside the times above. If you are struggling to cope or feel unsafe, please contact Samaritans free on 116 123 (24 hours), call NHS 111, or your GP. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.

8. Resources

Workbooks, guides and other downloads are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
